At Elqovent S.A. (hereinafter, "Elqovent"), with legal domicile at Av. Corrientes 1234, Floor 8, Office B, C1043AAZ, Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, Argentina, we are committed to protecting the privacy of our users. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information in compliance with Law 25,326 on Personal Data Protection and the provisions of the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP).
1. Information we collect
We collect information that you provide directly when registering on our platform, making inquiries, or using our services. This includes: full name, identity document (DNI or passport), email address, phone number, address, tax information (CUIT/CUIL), banking data for investment management, and information about your investor profile. We also automatically collect browsing data such as IP address, device type, browser used, pages visited, time spent, and approximate geolocation data.
2. How we use your information
We use your personal information to: manage your account and verify your identity; process and manage your investments in real estate crowdlending projects; communicate with you regarding your investments, project updates, and platform news; comply with legal and regulatory obligations before bodies such as CNV, UIF, and AFIP; improve our services and user experience; and prevent fraud and illicit activities on the platform.
3. Legal basis for processing
The processing of your personal data is based on: your express consent given by accepting this policy; the execution of the service contract between you and Elqovent; compliance with applicable legal obligations in the Argentine Republic; and the legitimate interest of Elqovent to improve its services and prevent fraudulent activities, as established by Law 25,326 and Provision 11/2006 of the National Directorate for Personal Data Protection.
4. Data sharing and transfer
We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. We may share your information with: service providers who assist us in operating the platform (payment processors, identity verification services, hosting); regulatory and governmental authorities when required by law (CNV, UIF, AFIP, BCRA); and business partners involved in real estate projects in which you participate, always under confidentiality agreements. In case of international data transfers, we ensure that the receiving country has an adequate level of protection in accordance with current Argentine regulations.
5. Data subject rights
In accordance with Law 25,326, you have the right to: access your personal data stored in our databases; request the rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data; request the deletion of your data when no longer necessary; object to the processing of your data for certain purposes; and request the portability of your data. To exercise these rights, you may send an email to privacidad@elqovent.com or a written notice to our legal domicile. We will respond within the 10 business days established by the regulations. The AAIP, as the supervisory body, is competent to handle complaints and claims regarding non-compliance with personal data protection regulations.
6. Data security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. This includes SSL/TLS encryption for all communications, encrypted storage of sensitive data, role-based access controls, periodic security audits, and incident response plans in accordance with AAIP Resolution 47/2018.
7. Data retention
We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy and applicable legal obligations. Investment-related data is retained for a minimum period of 10 years in accordance with Argentine tax and commercial regulations. Once the retention period has elapsed, data is securely deleted or anonymized.
8. Cookies and tracking technologies

9. Changes to this policy
We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy periodically. Any significant changes will be communicated through the platform and/or by email. We recommend reviewing this policy regularly.
